This is a weird one.
Bobby Brown made the greatest performance of his life when he opened for Fleetwood Mac, but the tapes recording it were unusable. So he recreated it in his car with his dog as an audience, and this is what this album contains. Should this be considered a live album?
Haha - I like that. Well, just because the audience was only his dog, that does not stop it being live.
It was not in a studio, and it was all done in a single take. No studio editing and mixing.
I would set it as a Live album.
To me - live is in the attitude. Someone can perform “live” on YouTube but not have anyone around to see. When in a studio you know you can do another take and mess around with the creation.
I think I agree. The live YouTube thing makes sense.
