Can Picard be setup so that it can read Windows’ file attribute ‘date created’ and write it to a tag?
No, file creation and modification dates are currently not being made available as variables. A nice idea, though.

It was a question somebody else brought up somewhere else.
But I could see some use for it also.
Not enough for me to create a ticket for though.
If you keep it in mind and see if it maybe could give you large amounts of pleasure and satisfaction to implement it, I won’t stop you
