I just have met this one:
Wikidata link goes to the whole game record in their DB and not specifically to the its OST. Is it OK?
More general question: On works for full OSTs, is it OK to add links to the game itself?

The official consensus from @reosarevok is no: https://musicbrainz.org/edit/117341009#note-117341009-7
I’m not sure that clears it up completely. It seems more obvious that a Release Group should only be linked to soundtrack entries/pages compared to a work page like the OP is referring to.
Though I think I lean towards doing the same for soundtrack works (not linking the game entry).
I can potentially it making sense for something like a game or film franchies series? Even then I’d understand if the answer was “no”, though it would be nice to have a blurb and extra links on those pages.
Edit: I added this to the VGM guide, for now, since that seems to be clear at least?
The edit note I linked was about a work too, not a RG. I’d still prefer if the answer was “yes” but I’d hesitate adding video game links to series as well.
Oh sorry, my bad! Noted. I think I got my tabs switched up ![]()
