since you consider it to be a collection of short stories. But since all theses stories are embedded in a background story (like the Canterbury Tales) it can also be considered as a novel consisting of “told” stories by persons of the background novel. I think your decision was too fast 
eventually we will have a way to undelete entities. when that comes we can undo this :​)
Since the entries were reworked and not deleted, this won’t work here. It has to be readded.
