Hello, I’m relatively new to entering releases on MusicBrainz but I am very much enjoying contributing information. I’m trying to add a TouhouDB link to a release that is also tracked there, but when I try to do so, the link is flagged as a disallowed other database:
When I check the Other Database Whitelist though, TouhouDB is listed as an allowed other database (unless I’m misunderstanding what that page is saying). Am I just understanding the policy incorrectly or is the link I’m trying to use not correct?
Links for this database (and ones it seems to be patterned similarly to, like VocaDB) are only applicable at the release group level because that’s the level their database entries cover; for example, something released on both digital media and CD will still have the same entry in one of these other databases. Does that make sense?
