Hello, I’ve been searching the Style sub-forum for how to enter the artist sort tag for albums with multiple artists listed in the title but not having any luck. The album is B.B. King and Eric Clapton - Riding With the King.
Would the ArtistSort tag be: King, B.B. and Eric Clapton, or would both artists be entered in the AlbumArtistSort tag as King, B.B. and Clapton, Eric?
Hello, it seems like they’re two different artists. If they’re already not in MB, then create a separate entry for those two with the sort name for each of them being King, B.B. and Clapton, Eric respectively. Then you can credit them together when making the release.
Make sure that your version isn’t already in the existing release group:
If not, then you can add it from the sidebar of the RG and it will be much easier than doing it from scratch.
