You can add that information in the disambiguation comment field when you edit a release.

Too should use extra title information and not title style caps.

Not

This That Japanese Edition

But it is rather redundant with the release event country. So we should not set these particular information IMO

Unless the region is important, we should focus on the other aspects of what makes a release remarkable enough to warrant a disambiguation comment. Such as:

Gold limited edition

or if there are several “red editions”

Japanese red edition

or even mistakes on an edition:

US edition with truncated track 11
