How should I treat this work?

There’s this Bandcamp album I added recently and track 6 called “the emperor” is an adaptation of a poem by Kevin Reinhardt, as mentioned in the lyrics section for this track. The poem itself however isn’t named and because of that I’m not sure what I should do. I thought that maybe I could create a work for the poem and link it with the “adaptation of” relationship but given I don’t know the name of it, how should I name it? I don’t suppose “unnamed poem” or something similar is an acceptable name, is it? If so, should I do something else?

P.S.: Currently, I haven’t added the credited lyricist relationship to the corresponding work, because I was intending to ask here first.

It would potentially be, if it was actually [untitled] - but we do not know that. I’d probably just list Kevin as lyricist and say in the annotation something like “Lyrics adapted from an unspecified poem by Kevin Reinhardt”.
