How can I move release to another release group?

I just added an EP release into a Single release group by mistake. I realized that EPs and Singles should be two independent release groups.

Now, how can I move the EP release to the correct EP-release-group?

Create RG if it doesn’t exist then assign it by editing release. If it does exist, just change it in the release.

Alright. I have added the release group, but editing the specific release doesn’t allow me to change the release group. It says:

But this will edit the release group for the Single, right? Don’t want to do that.

That “type” message is about the box below. You want to edit the line above titled “Release Group”. It may be easiest to copy the URL of the EP release group you have just created and paste it into the Release Group box on the release you are trying to fix.
