Hidden pregap?

Hello

I have a obscure disc ‘The Plague’ by Demon:

https://musicbrainz.org/cdtoc/attach?toc=1+9+190007+182+28497+50935+84470+97652+105930+132162+157225+185985&tracks=9&id=ao.V4UKnwEWy1HrLk.Uv6btuBl0-

It matches this disc precisely:

However, the toc states 9 tracks when only eight are listed both on the disc and in the Musicbrainz details.

Linux whipper states hidden track in the pregap.

Cyanrip shows:

cyanrip 0.9.4-rc1 (release)
System device: /dev/cdrom
Offset: +103 samples
Overread: +1 frame
Overread mode: fill with silence in lead-in/lead-out
Speed: default (unchangeable)
Paranoia level: max
Frame retries: 10
HDCD decoding: disabled
Album Art: none
Outputs: flac
Disc tracks: 9
Tracks to rip: all
DiscID: ao.V4UKnwEWy1HrLk.Uv6btuBl0-
CDDB ID: 7A09E309
Album: Unknown disc (AO.V)
AccurateRip: found
Total time: 42:11.32

Gaps:
32 frame unmarked gap between lead-in and track 1, marking as a pregap
32 frame pregap in track 1, unmerged

How do i deal with this scenerio please?

Thanks

According to the CD TOC from the submission URL there is a 53 seconds (4022 sectors) long 9th track at the end. Doesn’t this show up when putting the disc into a CD player?

And yes, the first track offset is 182 sectors, 32 sectors more than the expected 150. But this does not show up as an extra track in the disc ID. And you would only list it on MusicBrainz if it contained actual audio content. Then you could add it as a pregap track in the track list editor.
