Hello all
I’m using beets specifically for the filename and folder setup as I already have it set up exactly how I would like it. I’m hoping that Picard can help with adjusting the metadata for each file. I’m very noob when it comes to scripting within Picard. I figured out beets by simply adjusting other’s work to my needs. I’m having a hard time finding tagger specific scripts.
Specifically, I’m interested in this for each file’s metadata:
Artist: no change
Album: (original year) album title
Year: edition year
Original Year: original year of release
Genre: choose only one
Comment: (bit rate-sample kHz format) [release info]
Beyond that, I’m not interested in other metadata information being kept.
