I entered this and this edit on April 7, voting closed on April 14. They still got not applied. What’s going on here?

They seem to have been applied now. Maybe @bitmap or @yvanzo has some more insight?
@senax did some investigation, see the discussion at this edit.
The problem was that one side was a series of releases and the other side a series of release groups.
I think this is a bug. The edit should not have been allowed to be entered.
