Easy way to swap cover art?

This release group used different cover art for the physical release and the digital release: Release group “New Beginning” by BAND‐MAID - MusicBrainz

However, the different covers are swapped for the releases. The cover with yellow text should be for the physical album and the cover with red text is the digital. Is there an easy way to just swap these around, or will I have to delete and re-upload them to the correct releases?

No swap, just the delete and upload.

The “Enhanced Cover Art Uploads” userscript can save you a few clicks as it can directly copy from the other release. Avoiding the need to do a download.
