Create new release from one CD of existing multi-disc release and copy track data

I have a classical CD that when looked up in picard only appears as one disc of a multi-disc release. As I understand, I should add a separate release for the individual CD. Is there a way to copy the track data from the existing multi-disc release to the new single-disc release?

You could start the creation of a new release with the same name and choose the multi disc release as a release duplicate. That would give you a copy of the multi-disc release’s track names and recordings. Then just delete all the mediums except the medium for the cd you have.
