Crash recovery

I have between 14 and 15 thousand songs in my library. I started to scan them yesterday evening for the first time. Sometime between then and 10am the application crashed. There are no logs. There is no evidence on the screen of any prior activity.

Please advise. Is there anyway to restart and pick up from where I left off. Or must I start over?

Don’t add all your music to picard, you will run out of memory and it will crash.
You will get better results from tagging in smaller batches of an album or two at a time and save the tags once you are happy with them.

Good advise. I thought with about 10GB of RAM available I’d be safe. :frowning:
