# Cannot test site locally without disabling main/ConfirmSeed

Hello developers,

Sometimes I want to try to fix some MBS tickets.  
I remember that I absolutely had to deactivate the following rows (comment them out with `#~`), related to `main/ConfirmSeed` in `Root.pm`:

Otherwise I could not use the local site.

Is it normal?

Thanks @chaban, interesting!  
Mmmh, I don’t remember which one of my browsers I used first (Vivaldi based on Chromium, or Firefox).  
I will come back to this topic once I test it again, more carefully, knowing that.

But I remember I was not bugged only for things like seeders, it was my login process that was impossible, without commenting this `ConfirmSeed` out.
