I found a release tonight that has a boomplay link in it. I had never heard of boomplay before tonight. It is apparently a very popular app, perhaps based out of Nigeria, but their website is aggressively spammy with multiple ads offering what could be malware (I’m not going through the risk of finding out).
My impulse is to remove it but I don’t know if that seems rash. Does anyone have any experience with them?
