Names of singles are usually the name of the A side track. I came across [Release “Island Girl / Sugar on the Floor” by Elton John - MusicBrainz](https://musicbrainz.org/release/db77e129-79ac-4fa4-ae26-ad18063ef781) which uses “A Side / B Side” naming. Is that considered wrong? I couldn’t find any documentation for that.

Indeed, this matter is not explicitly covered in the style guidelines for [titles](https://musicbrainz.org/doc/Style/Titles). Therefore, we need to rely on inference and consensus and, unsurprisingly, different interpretations may exist.

In general, the answer given in this [old thread](https://community.metabrainz.org/t/vinyl-singles-title-style/175044/2) is a good and succinct summary of this consensus. Much more succinct than what I was preparing to type up. 😉

For similar reasons, as your release does not have any title on the (front/back) cover, I find that the current title is appropriate.
