Should be created a separate work for video clip? Because videos in fact are separate things and often have parodies and other versions made by fans. Or I need to request a separate parody recording-recording relationship?

No. A MusicBrainz Work is expressed in audio recordings. The audio in a video file does not represent a different work from the audio in an audio file.
if the audio/music is significantly different, I would say maybe yes. I’m not too familiar with the Lagtrain meme myself, but I’ve created a work for Ronald McDonald Insanity based on the fact that it’s based on two Touhou songs and has its own lyrics due to sampling old Japanese McDonald’s commercials (and it has a cover or two), which at a glance seems like it could be similar
or alternatively, there’s Horse Race (extended mix) from SIivaGunner, which is a medley of several songs put to the “theme” of Horse Race from Ocarina of Time
if the difference is purely visual tho, I would say no, it’s the same work (tho we do need a relationship for “video samples” and video parodies, I forget if either is on my lists or not). based on a brief watch of Lagtrain, but I’m a long-distance hiker trying to hitch for resupply, it looks like they might mostly be in this camp
