I can’t seem to get the program to work with desired effects. After tagging an artist and pressing save it doesn’t seem to have any affect on the file out side of the program. Meaning when I open it in iTunes it won’t automatically update the song and place it into the correct album. Is there something I’m missing?
This is likely an iTunes question rather than a Musicbrainz one. I am not an iTunes user so not sure how to config it to rescan your library.
I think I may have found the answer. I needed to tick some boxes in metabrainz in order for it to change the info outside of the program. Unfortunately in my attempt to merge the music with already existing music from the same artist already in my library I have deleted the original information.
Down the data recovery path I go. Metabrainz really did work beautifully though
