Always showing a poor match in Red, no matter what

Mostly doing this with singles, I find a match on the database, add the Tag to Picard, then when I drag the original tag I wish to change to the right side where the new Tag is, it almost always turns red. I have reduced the “Matching” thresholds down to zero (0), and still it shows red and wont allow me to save with the new tag.
Thank you anyone who may be able to help.

Hmm might need some more information, but this doesn’t have anything to do with matching thresholds. Picard (for better or for worse) always lets you overwrite anything with anything

Can you provide a screenshot?

As a reminder, when submitting a possible issue, we need to know at least which version of Picard, on which system.
See General Troubleshooting — MusicBrainz Picard v2.7.0b2 documentation

That said, I think you misunderstood the meaning of the red color here, as suggested by @aerozol you likely have a problem with the files (see Status Icons — MusicBrainz Picard v2.7.0b2 documentation)
