Here is the proof that I cannot remember this obscure rare acronym.
I kinda agree. As a Brit it is not a common TLA for us. (Well not for me) This thread is the only reason I know what a PSA is. When seeing it on forum titles I just assumed it was programmer speak.

And as a an old male geezer here in the USA it is also seen as Prostate-specific antigen test, or PSA.
